Learn how to implement AI in real construction workflows.
A community for construction owners, engineers, project managers, and estimators who want to use AI to improve their operations. Join the founding-member waitlist to lock in the USD 39 per month rate and get first access when the Lab opens.

Six things, built around how a civil construction contracting business actually runs.
The Lab is built and run by a heavy civil construction owner-operator, for other civil construction contractors. It is not another generic AI theory course. Every piece of content targets a workflow a civil construction business already runs, and shows exactly how to improve it with AI.
Practical AI implementation tutorials
Step-by-step walkthroughs of real civil construction workflows being built with Claude and other AI tools, not theory.
Ready-to-use Claude Skills and automations
A growing library of Claude Skills, prompts, and automation workflows built for civil construction and ready to drop into your business.
Civil construction AI case studies
Detailed breakdowns of how heavy civil, infrastructure, and utility contractors are applying AI to estimating, PM, procurement, equipment, and reporting.
Monthly live implementation workshops
Live sessions where we build an AI workflow end-to-end with the community and answer civil construction implementation questions live.
A community of civil construction professionals
Owners, engineers, PMs, and estimators from civil construction businesses comparing notes on what is actually working on their projects.
Every department covered, not just site teams
Construction management, equipment management, HR and admin, accounting, procurement and materials management, and top management. The Lab maps AI workflows across every function a civil construction business actually runs.
Built for the people running construction, not IT.
The Lab is aimed at the operators inside construction businesses: owners, PMs, engineers, estimators, procurement, and equipment managers. The content is written for the way you already work.
Construction owners and principals
Project managers and PMOs
Site engineers and project engineers
Estimators and commercial teams
Procurement and equipment managers
Anyone running operations at a contracting business
The Lab complements our Claude Training for construction teams.
The Lab is self-serve. When you are ready for a bespoke rollout across a construction firm, we run Claude Training programmes for individuals and full team enablement engagements.
Launch window is close. Waitlist members go first.
Waitlist signups get the launch email before the Lab is announced publicly. If you want the founding-member rate, the only way in is the waitlist above.
Common questions about the Lab and founding-member access.
What is the Civil Construction AI Lab?+
The Civil Construction AI Lab is a members-only community from Gauldrock for construction owners, engineers, project managers, and estimators who want to implement AI in real construction workflows. It combines practical tutorials, ready-to-use Claude Skills and automations, construction-specific case studies, monthly live workshops, and a community of peers who are doing the same work.
Who is the Lab designed for?+
The Lab is built for people working inside construction, infrastructure, and utility contracting: owners, PMs, estimators, engineers, procurement officers, and operations leaders. It is not designed for IT departments or generic office staff. If your week includes RFIs, reports, tenders, procurement, or running projects, the Lab is written for you.
What does founding-member access include?+
Founding members get full access to the Lab the moment it opens: tutorials, Claude Skills and automations, case studies, live monthly workshops, and the community. Your rate stays at USD 39 per month for as long as you remain a member, even after public pricing lands later.
When does the Lab open?+
We are opening the Lab shortly. Waitlist members are notified by email before public launch and get first access. There is no fixed public date yet because we are deliberately building the first wave of content with input from the waitlist.
What does it cost?+
USD 39 per month for founding members, locked in for as long as you remain a member. Public pricing will be higher once the Lab opens to everyone. There is no charge today — the waitlist simply reserves your founding-member rate for when we launch.
What if I already use ChatGPT or Claude?+
The Lab is less about learning what AI is and more about implementing it in a construction operation. If you are already comfortable with ChatGPT or Claude, the Lab helps you move from using AI occasionally to building it into daily workflows: RFIs, reports, estimating, procurement, equipment, and executive reporting.
Is this the same as Claude Training for Teams?+
No. Claude Training for Teams is a bespoke, company-wide enablement engagement delivered by Gauldrock, with a custom curriculum, workshops, and change management for one specific contractor. The Lab is a self-serve community that any construction professional can join, with shared content and live monthly workshops.
